This manuscript holds informations about non-specific low back pain and its physical therapy managements through two different approaches. Core stability exercises by the use of swiss ball (physio ball) and trunk balance training methods are adopted for the therapeutic purposes. This manuscript will fulfill the need of young researchers and same time will help the academicians to deal with non-specific low back pain patients. Evidence-based approaches and recent researchers' views are presented in this manuscript to enrich the content. Its lucid language and point-wise presentation is the strength of this manuscript.
