This monograph discusses knowledge management which uses entrepreneurship, workforce diversity, technological advances, organizational structure and leadership style as moderating variables of knowledge management orientation comprising (Knowledge acquisition, sharing, storage/retrieval) as variables of knowledge management for sustainable business development to constitute their knowledge management orientation which defines the rate of sustainable business development as indicated in the findings of the study. Investigations on the effect of moderator variables in the research have increased in recent times. A moderating variable s a third variable that affects the relationship between an independent variable and a dependent variable by providing useful information about the occurrence of a phenomenon. It makes substantive interpretations of the underlying nature of the independent and outcome variables’ relationships. A moderator is an independent variable that affects the strength and or direction of the connection between another independent variable and an outcome variable.
