It is the human «puppy» (or baby) “which”/who is the very slowest one, in the process of growing into adulthood. Accordingly, we-human-beings also go through a substantial portion of our life spans in puberty and adolescence periods. Moreover, this phase of “our kind” constitutes a delicate, fragile, vulnerable interval; which is to be “handled” with utmost care. Teen-age times should therefore be properly understood scientifically by all the involved “circles”.
