A comparative study was conducted to study the effect of conventional therapy along with mirror visual feedback and conventional therapy without mirror visual feedback in post stroke patients. The study was conducted on 30 subjects.Subjects with all three arteries involvement that is middle cerebral, anterior and posterior cerebral artery and both the sexes with the age group of 40-75 years were included. The subjects were divided into two groups, Group A was the control group and group B was the experimental group. A pretest measurement of outcome variables was done. Interventions were carried out for 8 weeks, 5 days a week.After 4 weeks and 8 weeks subjects were reassessed. The results were derived by using statistical methods with the help of statistics software INSTAT. The study showed significant improvement Statistically between two groups. Even clinically both the groups are effective in Improving functional mobility in stroke, but conventional therapy along with mirror therapy plays a significant role.
