Especially in the service industry employees are the heart and soul of every company. Front-line employees directly influence the experience of the company's customers for they interact with guests and -even more important- basically run the business. Theme parks employ staff members of all different ages, e.g. Generation X, Generation Y and, the youngest cohort, Generation Z. Members of Generation Z, often pupil and students, are frequently used to support theme parks in peak times when they have holidays - which is also the time when attendance is high.
