In this study the author: - Compare between two grading system for oral squamous cell carcinoma. - Evaluate intracellular location, intensity and pattern of expression of β-catenin and UCHL1 in oral squamous cell carcinoma (immunohistochemically). - Correlate the histopathological features of Bryne’s system with the results of immunohistochemical procedure. - Estimate the correlation between β-catenin and UCHL1 expression.
