The role of patient experience (PX) is evident in its impact on enhancing diagnosis and treatment methods, as well as advancing prevention strategies. However, a critical gap emerges during the recovery phase, where access to resources is often limited—particularly for specific demographic groups who have already faced insufficient care earlier in the medical process.This study aims to investigate the experiences of heart disease patients throughout diagnosis, post-operative care, recovery, and their return to daily life, assessing the medical support provided at each stage. Additionally, it seeks to propose a digital solution addressing the identified shortcomings, adhering to user experience (UX) best practices. By engaging with cardiologists, specialists, and diverse patients, this research highlights recovery as a crucial pillar of a stable, sustainable health system, alongside prevention and treatment efforts.
