The author meticulously develops, illustrates and demonstrates a conceptual framework of design and facilitation of online real-time foreign and second language education in SCMC context to guide pre-service and in-service teachers to the curriculum, pedagogy, content, and cutting-edge technologies integration. The in-depth study employs imperative learning and instructional design paradigms and provides significant findings and suggestions for future related studies and applications of EFL/ESL online teaching and learning. Several constructive and significant discussions, findings, outcomes indicate that the instructors and learners recognize and agree that the use of an SCMC could be effective.
