Every society has certain rules of conduct, including the rules of speech etiquette. Human activity reflects social, historical, and national characteristics such as his/her speech. Every nation has certain norms of speech etiquette, and you need to pay attention to these norms in order not to get confused when communicating and learning a foreign language. In our work, we consider the etiquette of speech that is specific to members of an English-speaking culture.
