Laser Photocoagulation has been widely used in many ophthalmic disorders such as retinal detachment and diabetic retinopathy. The physician applies the laser shoots to predetermines areas of the patient's eye to maintain the vision in the other areas in a trial to stop the progress of such diseases. This process is done over many sessions with 50% failure rate. As reported with the ophthalmologists, the success rate can be greatly increased if the treatment is done in one session. The aim of this work is to investigate a new method of applying the laser radiation to a pattern of a pre-defined location in the retina in one shoot. The procedure was tried on printed retinal images, human phantom eye and rabbit's eye and the obtained results are promising.
